Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are packed with care and usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Personalised and custom products need extra time to make; the expected dispatch time is shown on the product page.

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 4–7 business days, depending on the PIN code.
• Remote areas: may take longer depending on courier coverage.

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Once your order ships we email you a tracking link, and you can follow its status any time from My Account → Orders.

Enter the recipient's name and address as the shipping address. Prices are not printed on the packing slip.

Couriers may be delayed by weather, festivals or other events outside our control. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or an unreachable recipient, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; extra shipping charges may apply.
